# Pear Deck for PowerPoint Online Administrator Installation Guide

### Overview

With the Pear Deck for PowerPoint Online Add-in, teachers can add the magic of formative assessments and interactive slides directly to PowerPoint Online presentations. This page is for administrators who want to give teachers access to the Pear Deck Add-in. It's free and teachers can make an unlimited number of presentations with it ([learn about Premium plans](https://www.peardeck.com/pricing/)).  *If you're a teacher or individual Microsoft Office 365 user,* [click here](https://help.peardeck.com/get-the-pear-deck-for-powerpoint-online-add-in?hsLang=en).

#### Deploy the Pear Deck Add-in to users in your organization

1. Before you begin, [Determine if Centralized Deployment of add-ins works for your organization](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/centralized-deployment-of-add-ins?view=o365-worldwide).
2. Follow the instructions on the Microsoft Office Admin support page titled [Manage Deployment of Add-ins](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/manage-deployment-of-add-ins?view=o365-worldwide#deploy-an-office-add-in-using-the-admin-center). Be sure to search for Pear Deck in the Office store. You'll be able to deploy the add-in to **Everyone**, **Specific users/groups** or **Just me.**
3.
