You automatically export the Text, Multiple Choice, and Number responses that you collect in your Sessions, along with each student's identifying information, so this feature is great for grading answers after any Pear Deck Session! *Please note that you must sign into Pear Deck with a Google account in order to export responses at this time*. ![web-footer-peary-01](https://help.peardeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/web-footer-peary-01.png?width=55&name=web-footer-peary-01.png)Want to see students' names in your spreadsheet? **Make sure to [require email login](https://help.peardeck.com/how-students-join-a-pear-deck-session?hsLang=en#email-address) before you present**. It's the only way to see identifying information at any point in Pear Deck! - Export Responses from one of the following places: - [the Dashboard or Projector View](https://help.peardeck.com/migration/en/can-i-export-student-responses#export-responses-from-dashboard-or-projector) - [the Sessions Menu](https://help.peardeck.com/migration/en/can-i-export-student-responses#export-responses-from-sessions-menu) - [Find your Spreadsheet Later](https://help.peardeck.com/migration/en/can-i-export-student-responses#find-your-spreadsheet-later) - [See an Example Spreadsheet](https://help.peardeck.com/migration/en/can-i-export-student-responses#example) #### Export Responses from the Dashboard or Projector View 1. In the [Projector](https://help.peardeck.com/how-do-i-see-student-responses?hsLang=en#anonymously-on-the-projector) or [Dashboard](https://help.peardeck.com/the-teacher-dashboard?hsLang=en) View, open the More Actions Menu. 2. Click *End This Session.* Optional: Name the Session by clicking *Unnamed Session*. Your spreadsheet opens in the same tab. #### Export Responses from the Sessions menu 1. Go to [Pear Deck Home](http://app.peardeck.com/home). 2. Open your [Sessions](https://app.peardeck.com/home/sessions) (OR go to the Present a File section and click on a File Name to open the menu). 3. Open the More Actions (3-dot) button next to the Session you want to export. Click *Export to Spreadsheet*. Your spreadsheet opens in a new tab. #### Find your Spreadsheet Later When you export responses, the Google Sheet is automatically saved in your [Google Drive](https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive) in your *Pear Deck* \> *Exports* folder. Draggable answers export as coordinates, and Drawing answers don't appear on spreadsheets (but the spreadsheet indicates if students left a response to these types of questions).
